DHI Cooperative Electronic Reports

We can deliver any report or data file produced in the Columbus office via:

• e-mail
• fax

This offers some distinct advantages over mailing reports:

• Quicker-reports are sent as soon as the herd is processed
• Easily forwarded to consultants

e-mail reports

To read the reports sent via e-mail, you will need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This is a free download, but check your computer you may already have this program, it often comes with other software.

Once you sign up for e-mail reports you will receive an e-mail for each report requested.  This message will have a file attached, if Acrobat Reader is installed all you will have to do is double-click on the attachment and your report will appear on the screen.  You may then view or print the report.  This delivers a very high quality report.

fax reports

If you prefer reports can be sent via fax.  Delivery success is much better if you have a dedicated fax line.  Keep in mind that multi-page reports will take quite a while to transmit. 

release form and information request

We will need to have a release form on file if we send any information to a consultant.  This form is available for you to print, complete and return to us.
